From dust, to dust.

In the '90s, Mr. Parker and his boys planted almost 200 pecan trees across their family's retired dairy farm, creating a small orchard of 'Desirable,' 'Stuart,' and 'Elliot' pecan trees. After losing both sons, and with increasing age, tending to the land became more difficult. In the fall of Two Thousand and Twenty, our family bought a portion of the small orchard and began building our home. Today, you can find Mr. Kenny working beneath the trees as the kids run through the field to collect their coke and ice cream. It may not be the family the Parkers planned for, but we are family nonetheless.

The love of the land has been passed down from the Parkers to our family. Throughout the year, we tend to the trees, preparing for the harvest season. Pecans are collected and cracked, then added to pastries, pies, candies, and ice cream for our families and friends to enjoy.
